We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a dedicated Recruiter at our Walnut Creek, California location. In this role, you will be primarily focused on identifying and attracting talent for entry-level Customer Care positions across Northern California and Hawaii. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize CRM and Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate data and recruitment processes
- Engage in cold calling activities to source candidates for customer care positions
- Implement principles of diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct background checks for potential hires as part of the screening process
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
- Maintain a high level of organization and detail-orientation in handling a high volume of open requisitions
- Leverage your strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Utilize Workday software for efficient recruitment and time management
- Understand and perform benefit functions related to recruitment and hiring
- Apply recruitment sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment role
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Experienced in using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledgeable in conducting Background Checks
- Familiarity with Benefit Functions
- Proficient in Cold Calling techniques
- Experience in using Workday software
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Strong skills in Recruiting and Recruitment - Sourcing
- Knowledgeable in Onboarding processes
