Position Overview
As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible to drive internal collaboration that aligns recruitment needs with both current and future business goals. If you are the right person for this opportunity, you will have prior experience building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders as well as proven experience providing the highest level of candidate interaction to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Facilitates all phases of the recruitment process, from job posting through employee onboarding. o Reviews applicants, schedules and coordinates interviews.
o Assists with the interview process to determine candidate suitability.
o Provides feedback and recommendations for qualified candidates.
Collaborates with Managers and HR to identify accurate hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements effective recruiting strategies based on the organization’s needs.
Organizes and executes college recruitment programs.
Identifies opportunities for improving the overall candidate experience.
Consults with external recruiters, HR and Manager to establish collaborative relationships.
Provides Managers with regular updates regarding posted openings.
Ensures the recruitment process is compliant with federal and state regulations.
Verifies references and facilitates pre-employment testing requirements.
Provides assistance to ensure projects adhere to established timelines.
Maintains confidentiality of all applicable personnel information.
Files, maintains and distributes documentation, records, and reports.
Maintains professional knowledge by attending educational workshops/webinars/etc.
Represents Coastal in a professional manner and builds collaborative relationships.
Performs other duties and projects, as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field
2 – 5 years relevant recruiting & ATS experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented self-starter
Resourceful team player within a fast-paced and team-centered environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Legally permitted to work in the United States
