We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Recruiter based in San Antonio, Texas. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and maintaining accurate documentation of all recruiting activities.
Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates using various recruitment techniques such as job postings, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings for various roles across industries.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract suitable candidates through different channels.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and facilitating offer discussions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of specific job requirements and create effective sourcing plans.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of talent and manage their placements effectively.
- Organize and participate in recruiting events to interact with potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear and timely communication at each step of the hiring process.
- Keep accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.
- Assist with the onboarding procedures once candidates accept an offer.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiter role
- Bilingual in Spanish Required
- Skilled in using ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Familiarity with Careerbuilder platform
- Proficiency in CRM systems usage
- Experience with About Time software
- Understanding of Applicant Track System
- Capable of conducting Background Checks
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficient in Ceridian software
- Experience with Ceridian Payroll System
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Basic Office Skills are required
- Familiarity with Basic Office Equipment is necessary
