We are seeking a results-driven Recruiting Assistant for our expanding offices located in Madison Heights and Clinton Township, Michigan. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include facilitating the recruitment process for hourly employees, which encompasses sourcing, meticulously reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screens over the phone, arranging interviews in collaboration with the Recruiting Manager, and leading onsite tours.
You will play a vital role in articulating production requirements to potential hires, giving a warm welcome to applicants in person and over the telephone, and being a positive ambassador of our brand. You will also manage pre-tests, keep track of turnover rates, and time-to-hire results, meaning excellent reporting skills are essential.

Requirements
Top Requirements:
- 1 years of sourcing, recruiting, or human resources experience, with exposure to working directly with applicants or new hires, OR Human Resources degree with strong customer service experience.
- Outstanding communication and multi-tasking skills: Comfortable placing a high-volume of outbound calls to applicants, holding engaging conversations with diverse individuals throughout the day, and documenting your work.
- Decision-making ability: Aptitude to make intelligent decisions, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy.
- Organized & Tech-savvy: Advanced proficiency in organization and use of technology to streamline processes. Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ADP software is a huge plus.
