This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys coordinating the many moving parts of a recruitment process. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams.Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including confirmations, follow-ups, and status updates.Assist with posting jobs to internal and external job boards and sourcing platforms.Maintain applicant tracking systems and update candidate records accurately.Coordinate pre-employment processes such as background checks, references, and onboarding paperwork.Support recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.Partner with recruiters and HR staff to help improve candidate experience and streamline workflow.
