We are currently seeking a Referral Program Manager to join our detail-oriented team in Los Angeles, California. The primary role will be to develop, implement, and manage an effective referral program for our personal injury (PI) practice. The successful candidate will be expected to maximize revenue potential from lower-value cases, establish and nurture referral partnerships, and collaborate closely with various stakeholders including the intake team and creative teams.Responsibilities:• Develop a robust referral program and establish referral agreements in compliance with California's ethical and legal standards on fee-sharing.• Identify, vet, and build a network of potential referral partners such as smaller law firms, solo practitioners, and niche PI firms.• Maintain and regularly update a centralized database of referral partners, categorizing them by specialization, case acceptance criteria, and geographic region.• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the referral program, monitor and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.• Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to stakeholders.• Serve as the primary point of contact for all referral partners, organize regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and alignment with goals.• Implement personalized outreach strategies, including hosting networking events, webinars, or sending updates about case outcomes.• Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to design and distribute marketing materials that highlight the value of partnering with the firm.• Work closely with the intake team to evaluate incoming leads and determine which should be referred out.• Use CRM systems like Lead Docket to track lead statuses, referrals, and revenue.
