The successful candidate will be tasked with providing technical assistance to our team, working with various technologies and systems. This role is primarily focused on ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and providing necessary support to our staff.Responsibilities:• Provide technical support for Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, and Mac Computers.• Offer solutions and support for Microsoft and Active Directory related issues.• Handle EO/IR systems and ensure their proper functioning.• Responsible for asset tagging and maintaining a detailed inventory of all hardware and software assets.• Oversee the deployment of new systems and technologies within the organization.• Provide deskside support to users, assisting with any hardware or software issues they may encounter.• Responsible for the configuration management of systems, ensuring they are set up properly for users.• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the company's software and hardware.• Collaborate with other IT team members to provide top-notch support and ensure the smooth operation of technology within the company.
