As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, your role will involve researching, assessing, and ensuring adherence to all relevant Federal, State, and local regulations/laws. This role is crucial to our organization's compliance and involves continuous monitoring of standards, regulations, and laws, as well as compliance or regulatory tasks.Responsibilities:• Research and monitor applicable Federal, State, and local regulations/laws to facilitate organizational compliance• Continually assess regulations, laws, contractual agreements, and mandates to ensure compliance with enterprise standards• Develop and/or deliver communications concerning new standards or rules• Prepare, execute, and submit various insurance-related product and/or licensing filings for regulatory approval• Perform assessments and other compliance or regulatory tasks• Use Microsoft Office Suites, including Word and Outlook, along with other database and monitoring tools, to perform tasks• Collaborate with team members to ensure the effective execution of compliance tasks• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet compliance deadlines• Use legal research and research analysis skills to stay updated on regulations and laws• Maintain accurate records and administer contracts as per regulatory compliance requirements.
