Robert Half Legal is partnering with an industry leading, global corporation located in Naperville that's seeking to immediately hire an Corporate Counsel - Regulatory Compliance with at least 3-5 years of experience handling regulatory compliance to join their in-house legal team. This position will be responsible for managing risk and providing advice/counsel on non-food product testing and reporting obligations, packaging regulations, alcohol-beverage regulations, intellectual property, and other laws and regulations impacting the retail industry. The ideal candidate will possess a firm understanding of applicable laws and regulations and have experience working with key regulatory bodies, including the FDA, USDA, FTC, TTB, CPB, DOJ, and other Congressional committees. This Corporate Counsel - Regulatory Compliance position is paying between $145-160K and the company offers one of the most flexible WFH schedules out there, only needing to come into the office 2x per month.
