We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Intapp Application Support Engineer in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Intapp applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and engaging with senior stakeholders to address issues promptly and professionally. This role also requires a strong understanding of the ITIL framework and processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support for Intapp Intake, Conflicts, Wallbuilder, and Integration Builder applications.
Engage with senior stakeholders to promptly and professionally address technical issues.
Contribute to upgrading system, migration, and building enterprise level systems from the ground up.
Utilize experience in Python, PowerShell, and Java scripting to enhance system functionality.
Support key critical technologies and systems within a corporate environment, including Document Management (iManage), Expense Management (Chrome River), e-Billing, Marketing, and Security/Confidentiality systems (Intapp Wallbuilder/iManage SPM).
Work effectively in a team setting and independently to troubleshoot issues across multiple systems.
Maintain a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to recent technologies across the diverse technical landscape, encompassing areas such as front-end application support, infrastructure, and development.
Document Knowledge Base (KB) articles and reference guides to enable 1st line support and entry level team members to easily pick up work.
Leverage SQL Query skills to support and maintain enterprise applications, with a strong appreciation of applications design & development, including database (SQL), Servers/infrastructure technologies, and Integrations.
Requirements
Proficient understanding and hands-on experience with Intapp applications.
Demonstrated ability to manage and process Client Intake effectively.
Exceptional skill in writing and optimizing SQL Queries to improve system performance.
Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting, with the capability to automate tasks and manage system configurations.
Strong experience in Python Scripting, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and reusable code.
Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Detail-oriented certifications would be advantageous.
