Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle revenue process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Supervise and manage direct reports within the revenue cycle department
- Handle customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure customer satisfaction and relationship building
- Conduct regular auditing of accounts to maintain financial accuracy
- Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and efficient billing processes
- Identify and leverage opportunities for growth within the revenue cycle department
- Perform accounting functions as required to maintain accurate financial records.
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Must have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions
- Experience with full cycle revenue cycle is required
- Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
- Auditing skills are essential
- Experience in Billing Functions is expected
