- Design and implement wireframes and prototypes, working closely with developers to bring these designs to life.
- Leverage data insights and research to make informed design decisions that enhance user satisfaction.
- Contribute to our design system, maintaining consistent design standards.
- Use tools such as Figma, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite to aid in the design process.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all design projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members, sharing ideas and presenting design concepts.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, creating accessible and customer-centered designs.
- Proven experience in UI / UX Design within the financial services sector
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and other relevant design software
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong research skills to inform design decisions
- Ability to design and implement intuitive user interfaces
- Experience in producing high-quality prototypes
- Demonstrated creativity and a strong understanding of design concepts
