Sales Analyst

Salary: $55000.00 to $80000.00 yearly

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Import/Export industry in Kent, Washington, United States. We are looking for a skilled Sales Analyst to join our team at our 100% in-office location.

Responsibilities

• Effectively process and manage orders, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize EDI knowledge and experience in the daily operations
• Leverage working knowledge of P21 (An Epicor offering) in task execution
• Use strong Excel and Office skills to manage and analyze data
• Process Amazon orders, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
• Handle credit and collections duties, particularly focusing on collection and reconciliation of customer short-pays
• Perform any other tasks as requested from management
• Make use of skills such as Configure Price Quote (CPQ), CRM, and Data Mining Techniques among others
• Engage in budget processes and commission functions to ensure smooth financial operations
• Create dashboards for data visualization and monitoring
• Handle General Ledger, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks
• Utilize Epicor for various operational processes.
  
  
  

The salary range for this position is $55k to $80k (negotiable for the right experience). Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan (with match) and at least 10 days of paid vacation, 7 days of paid sick leave and 10 paid holidays per calendar year.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) system
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Understanding and application of Data Mining Techniques
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Knowledge of Budget Processes
• Experience with Commission Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to Create Dashboards for data visualization
• Understanding of General Ledger processes
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
