The candidate will learn industry terminology, HEC’s client tracking system, and recruiting functions while using various recruiting platforms. Ideal candidates have 4 years of inside sales or sales support experience, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, efficient, and a proactive, resourceful approach are essential.
