We are offering an exciting opportunity in the industry. Based in Farmington, New Hampshire, we are inviting a Customer Service Rep/Sales Assistant to join our client's growing team. This role involves supporting an Outside Sales team and interacting with other departments such as Supply Chain and Finance to ensure efficient order processing and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and tracking for the Outside Sales team
• Coordinate with the Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for smooth order processing and delivery
• Handle customer interactions and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Support the growth and expansion of the Customer Service/Sales department
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and sales support tasks
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Keep accurate records of customer credit information
• Play a key role in building out the Customer Service/Sales department
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Data Entry, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Experience in Sales Support, with a demonstrated ability to assist sales teams effectively.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing excellent service and resolving customer issues promptly.
