Responsibilities
- Manage order processing and tracking for the Outside Sales team
- Coordinate with the Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for smooth order processing and delivery
- Handle customer interactions and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Support the growth and expansion of the Customer Service/Sales department
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and sales support tasks
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary
- Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Keep accurate records of customer credit information
- Play a key role in building out the Customer Service/Sales department
- Proficiency in Data Entry, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
- Experience in Sales Support, with a demonstrated ability to assist sales teams effectively.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing excellent service and resolving customer issues promptly.
