- Handle inbound customer calls with detail-oriented and efficiency
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately input customer orders into our CRM system
- Attend meetings to stay informed about company policies and goals
- Regularly monitor delivery status to provide timely customer service
- Manage email correspondences with customers promptly and professionally
- Return customer calls promptly to address inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in order entry, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
- Ability to manage email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and data.
