We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Sales Support in the non-profit industry, located in ROCHESTER, New York. As a Sales Support, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including maintaining customer files, processing orders, preparing sales orders, and ensuring the smooth running of our sales software.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle the processing of orders from different channels such as email, phone, and the company website.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer details and input order information into the sales software.
- Prepare Contract Job Releases for Production and maintain comprehensive customer files.
- Create and manage Sales orders and assembly orders, including P.O. review and BOM review.
- Maintain the ArcWorks Open Order system in collaboration with the Director of Operations and the Operations Team, inputting all new Sales Orders.
- Act as a representative for Sales at morning meetings, reporting and gathering information related to order status.
- Utilize skills in 'ADP - Financial Services', 'Configure Price Quote (CPQ)', 'CRM', 'ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning', 'ERP Solutions', 'About Time', 'Answering Inbound Calls', 'Auditing', 'Billing Functions', 'Communication' to accomplish tasks and meet objectives.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Proficiency in Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Understanding of ERP Solutions
- Competence in using About Time software
- Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
- Experience in Auditing
- Proficiency in Billing Functions
- Strong Communication skills
