We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be tasked with creating custom solutions on the Salesforce platform and integrating them with existing systems for optimal functionality. Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform
Create custom reports and dashboards
Ensure the integration of Salesforce applications with other systems and applications using web services and APIs
Collaborate with technical teams to gather and document requirements for Salesforce solutions
Maintain and improve the functionality of existing Salesforce applications
Create technical documentation, such as user guides, release notes, and design documents
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications
Participate in code reviews to ensure the implementation of best practices for existing and new Salesforce solutions
Stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities and recommend best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work collaboratively with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement system improvements.
Requirements
Requirements:
3 or more years in Salesforce Administration, with the ability to manage and customize the platform according to company needs.
Experienced in creating Customized Reports, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
Excellent Stakeholder Communications skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Zapier and QuickBooks
