Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in MuleSoft (or other middleware) and Data Engineering to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT, translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Drive improvements in the use of IT applications, providing recommendations for system enhancements and process automation.
- Lead the management of application initiatives, break fixes, and system support.
- Assist with website changes, especially working with Salesforce.
- Provide 3rd-tier support for business applications, collaborating with the development team to resolve system bugs.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and optimize systems.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Eloqua, Salesforce, and CMS.
- Familiarity with Chili Piper (nice to have).
- Experience in eCommerce and understanding mail campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience as a business analyst, or 5 to 10 years for senior-level applicants.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
