We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Salesforce Developer in Coral Gables, Florida. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be tasked with the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will also be responsible for application support, troubleshooting operational issues, and developing fixes to ensure continued usage. Responsibilities• Collaborate with vendors and external consultants to design, test, and implement applications and modules.• Provide expertise to teams, offering input on solution design and best practices.• Design, configure, and test interfaces required for Salesforce with other IT systems.• Assess and maintain the current Salesforce environment, developing solutions to remediate health and security issues using Salesforce-provided tools.• Coordinate new software releases, production fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users.• Recommend changes to configurations and workflows and new features.• Provide code review and oversight to other Salesforce developers.• Design, modify, configure, and test new interfaces for applications with other IT systems based on requirements.• Develop strategies for Salesforce data management in partnership with leadership.• Document system configurations, procedures, and hardware in detail.• Conduct system audits to ensure system integrity.• Test application modifications or new system implementations thoroughly.• Mentor entry level developers and engineers.• Provide technical support and guidance to application users and collaborate closely with internal and external service providers as required.• Collaborate with other IT application resources across various departments.• Familiarize yourself with other applications to resolve cross-functional dependencies.
