Seasoned Corporate Paralegal

Salary: $42.00 to $46.00 hourly

Well-known healthcare company in Irvine is in search of a seasoned corporate paralegal! Wonderful contract-to-hire opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper supporting documents are transmitted and oversee governmental agency filing processes.
• Conduct the formation and maintenance of legal entities, including necessary annual and corporate filings and business licensing for a multi-jurisdictional company.
• Produce, proofread and identify forms and formats for legal/transactional documents, correspondences, and agreements for attorney review and approval.
• Coordinate with operations partners, healthcare partners, and clinicians for file and document management, and expedite transaction completion.
• Serve as an expert on governmental agency filing requirements and processes and update the team on requirement/process changes.
• Develop and implement process improvements by evaluating the effectiveness of processes and reports.
• Delegate work, maintain deadlines, generate status reports and ensure associated administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner by managing and providing guidance to Legal Administrators.
  
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal
• Experience in drafting contracts.
• Basic understanding or familiarity with corporate entities and partnership terminology.
