Shantel Poole with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant. In the telecom industry, this role involves performing accounting duties under the direction of the Controller and handling various responsibilities relating to banking, cash flow, and month-end close procedures.Responsibilities:• Efficiently handling cash flow management on a weekly basis.• Assisting in the preparation of audit documentations in collaboration with the Controller.• Facilitating the completion of supplier credit applications.• Conducting bank reconciliations and acting as a backup for bank administration.• Coordinating and/or completing reconciliations and accruals to assist with the month-end close process.• Processing credit card payments as needed and reconciling all credit card statements.• Sending AR/AP aging and borrowing base report to the bank on a monthly basis.• Approving overhead invoices.• Assisting with year-end and audit functions for 401k.• Managing 401k year-end reporting.• Reviewing cash flow positions with the Controller and performing a daily banking and cash flow analysis.If interested in this role, please reach out to Shantel Poole via LinkedIn or by telephone at 916-649-0832
