If you are interested in more of the details on this position, please reach out to Lisa Cole at 916-649-0832.Responsibilities:• Oversee all aspects of accounts payable, including processing weekly check runs, managing invoices, and ensuring proper coding and filing.• Manage purchase orders and vendor payment requests, while maintaining accurate records.• Input accounting and project budgets into the accounting system and ensure timely updates.• Track and process lien releases for vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with all requirements.• Monitor vendor insurance policies and third-party agreements to ensure proper documentation is maintained.• Coordinate bid requests and input bid data efficiently to support project needs.• Review purchasing schedules and upload base house purchase orders as required.• Prepare and manage various reports and spreadsheets for meetings, presentations, and field operations.• Provide administrative support for special tasks and reporting as directed by senior leadership.
Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
