The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, test strategy development, and business-technology collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate discussions, bringing together stakeholders to align on requirements and solutions.
- Develop and execute test strategies, including defining test data needs, execution plans, and testing approaches.
- Analyze data sources, document source-to-target mappings, and define business rules to support architectural and engineering decisions.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to validate business rules, refine requirements, and ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders.
- Integrate business requirements into the overall testing strategy and execution approach.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in test strategy development, execution, and validation.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, source-to-target documentation, and business rule definitions.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in data-driven projects, system integrations, or enterprise software implementations.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, or data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
