Your responsibilities will include:Delivering outstanding service to our clients through prompt, professional communication and proactive supportManaging and processing account openings, transfers, money movements, and other client requests with accuracy and efficiencyActing as a point of contact for high-net-worth clients, answering questions and resolving issues with tact and urgencySupporting financial advisors with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-upMonitoring workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks and regulatory complianceBuilding trusted relationships with custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.) and internal departments3–5 years of client service experience in a wealth management, financial advisory, or investment firmDeep knowledge of financial operations, investment accounts (IRAs, Trusts, Brokerage), and custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, or PershingExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindsetHighly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesTech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial software platformsFINRA licenses (Series 7, 63/66) are a plus, but not requiredProfessional, poised, and collaborative demeanor—comfortable interacting with high-net-worth clients and senior leadershipCompensation: Competitive salary up to $120,000 , depending on experienceBonus potential and generous benefits packageHybrid work flexibility and a beautiful South Bay office locationOpportunity for growth within a well-established and respected firmSupportive, collaborative team culture with high standards and integrityAssisting with special projects and process improvements to enhance client experience and internal operations
