Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Accounting and Reporting Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is focused on supporting financial closing processes, performing detailed reporting and analysis, and driving process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis, collaborating with local teams to investigate fluctuations and variances.
• Develop system tie-outs and supporting documentation.
• Draft clear and accurate footnotes for financial statements as required.
• Work on automation projects and implement updates to reporting/accounting tools to align with evolving business processes, accounting standards, and corporate initiatives.
• Contribute to large-scale financial system implementation projects, including new general ledger (GL) and reporting systems.
• Help with designing and implementing features for the new system infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Actively engage in and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including documenting processes for optimal transparency and execution.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in accounting and reporting. Experience within public accounting within a Big4 or National Accounting firm is preferred.
• Certifications: CPA credential is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including macros, and experience with Accounting systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft G/L, Power BI, or SQL
• Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Organization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Leadership & Influence: Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of management.
• Multitasking: Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
