Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis, collaborating with local teams to investigate fluctuations and variances.
- Develop system tie-outs and supporting documentation.
- Draft clear and accurate footnotes for financial statements as required.
- Work on automation projects and implement updates to reporting/accounting tools to align with evolving business processes, accounting standards, and corporate initiatives.
- Contribute to large-scale financial system implementation projects, including new general ledger (GL) and reporting systems.
- Help with designing and implementing features for the new system infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Actively engage in and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including documenting processes for optimal transparency and execution.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in accounting and reporting. Experience within public accounting within a Big4 or National Accounting firm is preferred.
- Certifications: CPA credential is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including macros, and experience with Accounting systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft G/L, Power BI, or SQL
- Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Leadership & Influence: Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of management.
- Multitasking: Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
