Responsibilities
- Accumulate and organize cost data and maintain the corresponding database.
- Conduct analysis of manufacturing operations, including equipment availability and utilization.
- Establish systems and procedures for cost accounting functions.
- Calculate fixed costs, including salaries, rent, and insurance.
- Plan, forecast, and document variable costs such as raw materials, labor, and operational costs.
- Review and analyze actual costs to detect any inaccuracies.
- Generate necessary departmental and company-wide budgeting reports.
- Review, analyze, and report on actual profit margins.
- Carry out month-end and year-end closings.
- Expertise in Cost Accounting
- Proficiency in Standard Cost Accounting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
