Our team partners with law firms, corporations, and courts to deliver seamless, compliant, and cost-effective noticing and administration services.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Class Action Noticing Senior Director to join our team. This is a fully remote position, open to experienced professionals located anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive noticing plans, including direct mail, email, print, digital, and broadcast media.
- Collaborate with internal project managers, legal counsel, media vendors, and analytics teams to ensure delivery of effective and compliant notice programs.
- Draft legal notice documents and affidavits for court filings in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and performance metrics for all noticing efforts.
- Provide expert support during court hearings and respond to inquiries from class members, counsel, and court-appointed neutrals.
- Stay current with developments in Rule 23, CAFA, and other legal notice standards.
