Flexibility, a collaborative mindset, and technical expertise are critical to success in this position.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Creative Director and Senior Designers to execute a range of design projects, including branding, templates, web design, digital display, out-of-home, and social media campaigns.Contribute to brand thinking and develop brand standards while supporting creative concept execution.Perform tasks to ensure team efficiency, such as creating design comps, managing assets (fonts, stock imagery, and design tools), and troubleshooting technical issues.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.Partner with content teams to understand requirements and capabilities for creative deliverables.Develop, refine, and maintain brand assets, including logos, icons, patterns, and style guides, ensuring consistency across all platforms.Prepare final assets for global distribution and use tools to track, publish, distribute, archive, or review creative assets.Provide adaptive design support when needed to meet team or project needs.
