Robert half is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist for our healthcare (private) client who needs some 'nuts and bolts' daily HR items managed with a with a happy heart, while ALSO learning HR strategy.
This would be a GREAT opportunity for an HR professional to be mentored by a VP of HR.
This candidate would be given the opportunity to develop their skills and gradually assume more strategic responsibilities within HR.
- Enhance employee engagement, and assist with talent management
- Ensuring HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
- Employee onboarding and orientation (including operations acquired outside of TX)
- Support administrative HR tasks, including maintaining employee records
- Provide support on employee relations issues, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring a positive work environment
- Recognition programs, engagement efforts, assisting with performance management processes, including annual cycle and compensation reviews
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and other HR-related documentation
- No payroll in this position but a general knowledge of UKG would be great!

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
