Successful and highly stable real estate firm seeks a Senior Accountant to perform comprehensive accounting functions for an assigned group of commercial properties. This role will be responsible for tracking project budgets, preparing reconciliations, completing tenant lease provisions, reviewing project cost reports, assisting with cash flow forecasting, posting journal entries, reconciling intercompany accounts, drafting financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely processing of bank reconciliations, performing the month/annual close process, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. My client is looking for a Senior Accountant with a solid financial analysis skillset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of GAAP standards, and the capacity to multi-task while meeting crucial deadlines.
This position is onsite daily and only local candidates will be considered.
