We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Senior Representative, Customer Service - Skilled in PORTAGE, Michigan. As a Senior Representative, your primary function will be to manage and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer credit records and addressing customer inquiries. Furthermore, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.
Responsibilities :
- Handle the creation of cases using a proprietary case management system
- Review CT Scans to ensure they conform to Mako Surgical protocol
- Utilize specialized software to segment CT Scans, leading to the creation of 3D Anatomical Bone Models for use in Robotic Surgery
- Develop Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using the Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement
- Conduct a thorough review of CT segmentations and Surgical Plans to confirm the accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning
- Upload completed Pre-plans to field based personnel
- Document all activities in accordance with prescribed methods and procedures
- Strictly adhere to work instructions to deliver consistent output
- Maintain a customer service orientation and demonstrate efficient work methods
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service
- Comprehensive understanding of various Procedures
- Proficiency in Planning Processes
- Commitment to ensuring Quality in all tasks
- Ability to conduct thorough Review of tasks
- Experience in Production environments
- Familiarity with Digital platforms and tools
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work Onsite
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Targets
- Experience in Case Management
- Knowledge of Replacement procedures and protocols
- Understanding of Surgery procedures
- Skill in A Plus software is considered an advantage
- Willingness to work Overtime when required
- Demonstrable Surgical Skills
- Experience in Positioning for customer comfort
- Familiarity with Robotics in a customer service setting
- Knowledge of Radiology procedures and protocols
- Understanding of Anatomy in relation to customer service.
