Job Responsibilities

• Weave your magic by leading the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across several clouds including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
• Inspire young minds by mentoring emerging Salesforce developers, and fostering a team bustling with innovation.
• Drive impactful discussions with various teams to extract requirements, define project scope, and formulate creative solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce tools such as Apex coding and Lightning components to design and implement solutions.
• Seamlessly synchronize data between Salesforce and other systems.
• Administer code reviews to guarantee adherence to coding standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and advocate the adoption of new features.
• Engage in agile development methods and redefine progress.
• Shine as a Salesforce subject matter expert on the team.
• Bridge the gap by communicating complex technical concepts to all stakeholders, technical or not.
• Ensure flawless performance and stability of Salesforce applications.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Salesforce developer.
• Proficient in Salesforce development tools like Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce DX.
• Proven mentorship and leadership skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile development and Azure DevOps.
