What You'll Do:

As the Sr. Integration Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind enterprise data integration and analysis strategies. Your role will encompass everything from designing and implementing scalable systems to coaching team members, while staying ahead of industry trends. You'll lead initiatives with a "big picture" mindset and be the go-to expert for creative data solutions.

• 70% Data Analysis, Integration, and Development: Work on integrating essential systems, analyzing critical data, and delivering scalable development solutions that push boundaries.
• 20% Leadership and Mentorship: Empower and grow your peers with your expertise, championing next-generation technologies while fostering a culture of collaboration.
• 10% Strategic Collaboration: Engage in high-level discussions to shape integration architecture for tomorrow's challenges, staying ahead of the curve in tech features like Snowflake and AI-powered optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3-5 years) with Salesforce, including designing SOQL queries, external integrations, and best practices for data management.
• Strong technical knowledge spanning SQL Server, MuleSoft, Kafka, and Salesforce.
• An ability to see the full technical cycle-from SQL data sources to Salesforce-and deliver seamless solutions.
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring teams while driving technological innovation and process improvements.
• A passion for emerging technologies such as Snowflake, MongoDB, and AI-driven tools - forward-thinkers wanted!
• Applicants must have competence in API Development.
• Experience with Salesforce Integration is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Salesforce IDE is a prerequisite for the role.
