Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 base salary Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in Oxnard, CA. This is an onsite position Monday through Thursday – enjoy a long weekend every week! You'll play a key role in managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across our systems.What You’ll DoManage and maintain VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments.Oversee Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.Provide light networking support – including VLANs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning and optimization.Perform regular system updates, backups, and security patches.Collaborate with internal teams to support business-critical applications and systems.Create and maintain system documentation, processes, and procedures.Participate in infrastructure improvement initiatives and projects.
