This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented detail oriented with exceptional skills in Tableau, Excel, and experience in Tableau automation. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis: Develop, analyze, and interpret complex financial models to provide insights and recommendations to key business stakeholders. Generate reports and financial models focusing on automation to streamline data reporting and forecasting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze budget vs. actuals, forecast trends, and identify key drivers of financial performance. Provide decision support through financial modeling and scenario analysis. Accounting Functions: Perform month-end close activities, including preparing adjusting journal entries and reconciling accounts. Ensure compliance with GAAP in all financial reporting and accounting operations. Collaborate with the accounting team to manage the general ledger and resolve discrepancies. Process Improvement: Leverage advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) to automate and streamline financial reporting and accounting workflows. Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes by integrating Tableau automation and other tools.
