Responsibilities• Leading technical projects, demonstrating a successful track record of infrastructure deployments and team leadership• Executing deep expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including experience with JAD (Joint Application Development) and RAD (Rapid Application Development)• Overseeing critical aspects of project delivery, including resource allocation, timeline management, budget control, and risk mitigation• Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of software development lifecycles, CI/CD practices, version control systems, and infrastructure deployment• Showcasing experience with media technology, including audio/video formats, compression technologies, streaming protocols, and quality metrics• Displaying proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Git, Docker, and modern communication platforms• Exercising exceptional leadership abilities and financial acumen, including experience managing multi-discipline technical teams, business-driven objectives integration, and vendor relationships• Establishing and tracking performance metrics, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement across all project dimensions• Managing quality assurance, testing oversight of AI software systems development, and performance optimization, focusing on operational efficiency of AI implementations• Effectively bridging executive with technical implementation requirements, and managing hybrid/remote teams
