About the Company
Robert Half has partnered with a global, PE-backed organization in the Irving, TX area to identify an experienced, dynamic, action-oriented Senior Treasury Manager to partner with the Treasurer and CFO.
About the Role
The title is “Sr. Treasury Manager”, although this position has responsibilities more in line with an Assistant Treasurer, as this role will not have any direct reports, and will be primarily focused on taking ownership of the cash flow forecasting and debt compliance portion of treasury.
Responsibilities
- Formalize and professionalize the company’s debt compliance and monitoring processes, including formalizing and documenting processes, timelines and responsibilities, preparing and delivering compliance reporting to financing partners, forecasting the company’s compliance with financial covenants, and addressing questions and follow ups from financing partners
- Own the daily delivery of obligations on the company’s debt including payment of interest and fees, lease payments on the company’s fleet lease facility, addition of new fleet assets on the company’s fleet lease facility, etc.
- Oversee and own the rolling 13-week cash flow forecast process and the daily cash flow forecast process connected to it, leveraging the team and process already in place to further elevate and improve the process itself and our collective understanding and command of assumptions and deviations from forecast
- Actively forecast and manage the company’s cash and liquidity, including advising the treasurer and CFO on significant, impactful decisions regarding availability of cash and management of working capital which impact both the North America business and the global business as a whole.
Required Skills
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or other similar quantitative business certification preferred
- 8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, with strong experience in cash forecasting and debt financial covenant compliance reporting
- Demonstrated experience owning and delivering debt financial covenant reporting and forecasting including EBITDA and coverage ratios; experience with ABL compliance is a strong plus
- Demonstrated experience owning, building, improving, delivering, and presenting 13-week and daily cash forecast models
- Strong orientation toward being in the details of financial models, bank activity, financial statements, etc., with the ability to come up and summarize the key messages.
- Experience in a company with multiple legal entities required; multinational company preferred; experience in a PE-backed company preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, focus on accuracy, and advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling capabilities required
- Strong orientation to action, driver of change, and eagerness to learn and continuously improve processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex assumptions and analytics into executive-level messages
Preferred Skills Pay range and compensation package
100-130K 15% bonus target & competitive benefits

In office from Monday-Thursday. Work from home on Fridays.
