We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Workday Payroll Analyst in the investment management industry, based in Ft. Worth, Texas. This role will involve managing payroll operations during an ongoing implementation of the Workday HCM platform and requires strong knowledge of Workday Payroll and US payroll processing. This is a 12-month contract position. Hybrid work schedule : 4 days onsite in the office in Fort Worth, TX and 1 day work from home.

Sr. Workday Payroll Analyst (contract) :

Responsibilities :

Must have Workday Payroll experience

• Oversee payroll processing activities for the organization
• Ensure smooth transition and integration into the new Workday HCM platform
• Use accounting software systems to manage payroll functions
• Administer 401k - RRSP and other benefit functions
• Conduct auditing activities related to payroll
• Use ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Concur and About Time for various payroll related tasks
• Support payroll operations by maintaining accurate records and resolving inquiries
• Implement Workday Integration for an efficient payroll process
• Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain precise customer credit records.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required
• Familiarity with Ceridian is highly desirable
• Ability to effectively use Concur is needed
• Must have experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
• Knowledge of About Time software is a plus
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is essential
• Auditing skills are required
• Experience in Benefit Functions is necessary
• Proficiency in Workday HCM is required
• Experience with Workday Integration is highly desirable
• Mastery of Workday Payroll is a must
