Robert Half is looking for Service Desk Specialists for one of our top clients in your area.
W2 ONLY, no sponsorship or C2C available.
Terms: Long term contract with bonus opportunities
Location: Onsite in Torrance, CA. Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday.
Pay: $24-$26 per hour
Job Duties:
- Supporting Car Dealerships with technical issues
- Take at least 25 calls per day
- Troubleshoot on the fly – a lot of browser troubleshooting because of web apps
- Support web portal with 1500 applications
- A lot of proprietary software
- 1 program to help the dealership install
- Strong customer support skills
- Support 85% of the calls without having to escalate. Own the ticket from start to finish. Call the dealerships back.
- Strong documentation skills
- Japanese speaking candidates highly preferred.
Salary : $24 - $26
