- Strategic Management Tools: Leverage tools like SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights (SAP) to ensure timely delivery of service parts.
- Supplier collaboration: Engage with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts to manage and optimize part supply for your portfolio.
- Track Metrics for Excellence: Monitor performance metrics including FILL rate, On-Time Delivery, FLASH/Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due orders.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- 3 years in planning or related fields (bonus if you’ve worked with Deere before!).
- Open to promising recent graduates ready to contribute and learn.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) with quick learning abilities.
- SAP experience is a plus, but if not, training will set you up for success.
- Clear, effective communication both written and verbal.
- Reliable personal transportation for occasional meetings across Waterloo sites.
