We are on the lookout for a diligent Shipping and Receiving/Inventory Clerk to join our team in Cloverdale, California. We are on the lookout for a diligent Shipping and Receiving/Inventory Clerk to join our team in Cloverdale, California. This position offers a 2 month contract employment opportunity where you will be in charge of directing drivers, managing document-related tasks, handling data entry, and performing accounts payable duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage data entry tasks
- Handle and direct drivers as required
- Actively maintain and organize inventory records
- Carry out scanning and printing of documents as needed
- Record the contents of trucks by performing counts and taking photographs
- Conduct clerical duties associated with accounts payable as necessary
- Ensure all documents are properly signed
- Utilize Excel for creating charts and graphs
- Answer inbound calls and provide appropriate assistance
- Tag in and tag out as per the operational requirements.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Proficient in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Experience in creating charts and graphs for inventory tracking and reporting
- Ability to perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Exceptional data entry skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with scanning equipment and the ability to scan documents effectively
- Knowledge and experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) tasks.
