We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Software Developer with a focus on Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) in the printing and publishing industry. Located in Matawan, New Jersey, you will work on designing, customizing, and maintaining our eLearning platform. Responsibilities: • Customize the interface and functionality of the ALM platform to match training needs• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging learning content• Work on the lifecycle management of learning content, including uploads, versioning, and archiving• Ensure content quality, accessibility, and compliance with SCORM and xAPI standards• Design, develop, and customize eLearning courses within ALM• Integrate various learning content formats (SCORM, AICC, xAPI) into the platform• Develop custom reports and dashboards for tracking learning progress and measuring effectiveness• Work alongside IT teams to integrate ALM with enterprise systems• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform and integrations• Provide technical support to ALM users and develop user guides, training materials, and documentation• Stay updated on the latest ALM features, functionalities, and eLearning trends.
