We are in the process of recruiting a Solution Architect to join our team based in San Diego, California. The successful applicant will provide senior-level consultative services, project scoping, and technical remediation work for our clients. The role involves designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex solutions across a range of technologies, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft and Microsoft Modern Workplace.

Responsibilities :

• Architect end-state solutions and migration plans for large-scale deployments of technical environments, including on-prem, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide highly visible project work and consultation for our clients, aligning solutions with complex business objectives and security, compliance, and availability needs.
• Meet with clients to identify technical requirements, design solutions, and present solutions in pre-sales meetings with cross-level teams.
• Provide architecture, consulting, project implementation, and high-level troubleshooting, designing client environments for on-prem and hybrid-cloud infrastructure.
• Work on projects within Microsoft Modern Workplace suite, including the creation and demonstration of proofs of concept, scripting, and other tasks related to workplace automation.
• Leverage subject matter expertise across at least one of the following specialization areas : Servers, Storage Power, Active Directory, Networking, Exchange / Messaging.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot client server infrastructure, including Windows Server and virtualization environments on both Hyper-V and vSphere.
• Provide design, project implementation, and high-level troubleshooting for SAN and other storage solutions, as well as power needs for on-premise solutions.
• Provide design, project implementation, and high-level troubleshooting for Active Directory, including Group Policy, Access / Identity Management, Federation Services, Domain Controllers, etc. for medium to enterprise environments.
• Provide architecture, project implementation, and high-level troubleshooting for networking infrastructure, including Routing, switching, firewalls, WAPs, VPNs, load balancers, etc. in medium to larger LAN / WAN environments, including cloud environments.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is required.
• Must have hands-on experience with Cisco ASA.
• Familiarity with Cisco Nexus is a must.
• Experience with Cisco Routers is necessary.
• Knowledge and working experience with Cisco Technologies is expected.
• The candidate should be proficient in AB Testing.
• Experience with AWS Technologies is a prerequisite.
• Must have a strong understanding of Computer Hardware.
• Capable of managing Configuration Management.
• Must have expertise in Connectivity.
