Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service on a consistent basis
• Utilize HealthCare.gov for relevant tasks and queries
• Leverage R Code knowledge for data processing tasks
• Communicate with offshore teams as required
• Understand and navigate the TRICARE system to assist customers
• Adhere to NIS regulations and guidelines in all tasks.• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in using video conferencing tools effectively for communication
• Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, its functionalities, and processes
• Basic understanding of R Code for data analysis tasks
• Experience in working with offshore teams, demonstrating excellent cross-cultural communication skills
• Knowledge of TRICARE health program and its associated processes
• Proficiency in using NIS (Network Information System) in a healthcare setting.
