Responsibilities:• Prepare and analyze financial statements and related supplemental filings according to Statutory Accounting Principles• Compile financial information and transactions to prepare entries for the general ledger• Assist with internal and external audits to ensure company compliance• Complete account and balance sheet reconciliations as well as variance analysis• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial functions• Conduct month end close activities and journal entries• Communicate with employees, customers, and vendors as necessary• Monitor and manage statutory requirements and reporting.
