You will also play an integral part in system automation, implementation, and leadership initiatives.Responsibilities:• Lead the process of account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness• Perform balance sheet reconciliations regularly to maintain financial integrity• Oversee progressive billing procedures and ensure their smooth operation• Manage multiple bank accounts, performing daily cash reconciliations• Prepare and post journal entries, contributing to the month-end close process• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Oracle for various accounting tasks• Take a hands-on approach to all tasks, showing leadership potential• Work with NetSuite for various accounting functions• Participate in full financials preparation and presentation• Show willingness to work with small to mid-size businesses and contribute to their growth.
