Sr. Accountant

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in the manufacturing industry, based in Northern Idaho. The Sr. Accountant will play a crucial role in setting up systems for our international expansion and ensuring smooth financial operations. This role could become long term for the right individual. Responsibilities:• Assisting in the establishment of a new entity in other countries including the incorporation process and necessary documentation.• Implementing and managing systems for overseas operations, ensuring compliance with international financial regulations.• Conducting account and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.• Serving as backup for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, maintaining continuity in financial processes.• Preparing and posting journal entries to the general ledger, ensuring accurate representation of financial transactions.• Managing the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is recorded and reconciled.• Employing Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting purpose.

Salary : $36 - $40
