This role offers an exciting opportunity for those well-versed in auditing, entity formation, and financial statement preparation.Responsibilities:• Utilize a variety of Accounting Software Systems to maintain and update financial records• Conduct regular auditing procedures to ensure financial compliance• Process and maintain entity formation documents and records• Prepare and review complex financial statements for accuracy and compliance• Utilize CaseWare, CCH IntelliConnect, CCH Prosystem, and CCH ProSystem Fx for various accounting functions• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting functions and improve efficiency.
