We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Senior General Ledger Accountant to join our growing Finance team. With a minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, this role will be key in managing critical accounting functions, including general ledger oversight, month-end close, and financial reporting. Experience in cost accounting is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.Oversee and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger.Prepare, review, and post journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.Analyze and reconcile complex balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with GAAP.Provide audit support, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.Contribute to cost accounting functions, including tracking and analyzing manufacturing costs, when applicable.Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounting function.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with financial planning and budgeting.Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll departments.
